I'm studying Hong Kong for the next three months or so. 8'D Ahhh, so exciting and so many places to go and take pictures of...!

You probably won't see me around for a bit, until I get myself (and my messy work station) situated to everything. (/;A;)

Ahaha, but I'm still drawing stories and thinking of you all~ <3 So a big Nihao... wait, that's Mandarin Chinese. What's the Cantonese equivalent? orz ANYWAY, hello hello from Asia! <3

Hngh, why am I never able to draw fanart of a series I like until it's over? I feel like I've missed the fandom bus for both Panty&Stocking and Tiger&Bunny.
(/ ;D; )/

Wow! You're in Hong Kong?
Awesome! :XD: Hello would be something like: 'Nei' (like a really bad horse impression) and 'ho' with a rounded 'o' >w> It's really hard to write Cantonese Pin Yin, but have fun in Hong Kong /o/ There's a lot to see and do!

Having lived in HK for about 2 years, I can tell you that English will get you through most of it.

Although, if you are Asian like I am, people will usually come up to you and speak to you in Cantonese. Which happened multiple times. orz

But it's fun there, everything's very crowded and packed.

One thing you should keep in mind is there is usually always a MTR station just about everywhere. Know where these locations are and where the exits go off to. That will help you lots.

BTW, the Cantonese version of Ni Hao is Nei Hou.

Thanks for all the tips! : D

I really do like the MTR here. So much more convenient than the ones I've been in around the states!
